How is new website cost determined?

Websites are quoted as a fixed bid project. Do you accept every client?

Absolutely not. If the client is not a good fit, the opportunity is not quoted. Creating a new website is a big endeavor, so the website designer or developer and their client need to have synergies for the project to launch successfully. We submit an estimated cost to inquiries coming from our Online Contact Us form and we will submit Proposal with Contract when requested. If we don’t feel that we’re a good fit or that feature and specifications of a website you need isn’t a good fit for us, we’ll quickly tell you so.

What are your processes in commencing a project?

3. Send invoice for 50% down payment.

When is payment required for your website design and development services?

For small projects, 50% of the estimated fee must be provided prior to beginning work, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, an initial payment representing one-third of the estimated total fee is required. The second payment is required upon the halfway point, with the final third due upon completion of the project.

What payment options do you offer?

Our website framework runs best on a Linux server with PHP 7 capabilities. Most hosting companies will easily support these requirements. If you have any concern on your hosting company’s support options, we are happy to investigate your existing hosting package and provide assistance with new hosting if needed.

Can i update my website after launch?

The beauty of WordPress is the ease of use it provides. Each all-inclusive website design project will include getting to know on how to use your WordPress Admin Dashboard, so most clients are more than capable of updating and adding website pages as needed. No, unless you get a wildcard certificate, the SSL certificate is only valid for the exact domain or sub-domain that you registered it for. If you require an SSL for a sub-domain, keep in mind that the sub-domain has to be on a dedicated IP address.
